General

• By using the mod, you automatically agree to all of the following rules.
• The mod has no affiliation with Mojang and is a purely community-driven project.

Content and Restrictions

• NSFW (pornographic, sexually suggestive)
• Glorification of violence, hate symbols, or political propaganda
• Advertising or third-party logos without permission
• Personal data (e.g., names, phone numbers)
• Deepfakes, offensive texts, or memes with problematic context
• No racism or discrimination

Moderation

• Emojis can be removed by our moderators at any time without warning.
• Users who repeatedly violate the rules can be temporarily or permanently banned.
• Faulty emojis will be removed or modified.
• Takedown request: If you see emojis that violate our rules or contain your artwork, you can report it to us. If you have proof, we will take action.

Usage Rights

• The mod may only be used for private and non-commercial purposes.
• Sale, paywalls, or donation models in connection with the mod are prohibited.
• Code & assets may not be copied, modified, or republished without permission, especially not under your own name.
• Uploaded emojis may not be reused or distributed without our permission.

Privacy

• We do not store any personal information beyond the pure mod functionality (UUID, emoji assignment).
• No tracking, no disclosure of data to uninvolved third parties.
